Answers to common questions for wholesale buyers, suppliers, and trade representatives.

Who can create an account on Amya.africa?

Amya.africa is strictly a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace. Accounts are designed for merchants, traders, importers and retailers buying for African markets, and for the manufacturers, exporters and trading companies that supply them.

How does supplier verification work?

Suppliers progress through three verification tiers: Contact Verified (confirmed business email and phone), Documents Verified (uploaded company documents reviewed by our team), and Site Verified (an on-site visit to the supplier's premises).

Does Amya charge commission on wholesale orders?

Buyers browse the catalog and contact suppliers for free. Suppliers and buyers can subscribe to optional membership plans or purchase clearly labeled Sponsored placements for additional visibility.
